The location in Alston was perfect for exploring the charming town and the surrounding area. the house itself had so much character and charm, with a cozy fireplace that was perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. the kitchen was well-equipped with a dishwasher, making it easy to cook meals and store leftovers. I loved that the property had a beautiful garden and free WiFi, making it easy to stay connected. the private entrance added an extra level of privacy, and the washing machine was a convenient touch. the free private parking was also a huge plus, especially for someone like me who loves road trips. the house was clean and comfortable, with amenities like a TV with satellite channels and ironing facilities. the nearest airport, Newcastle International Airport, was only 71 km away, making it a convenient choice for travelers. Overall, Gilmore House was a fantastic choice for my stay in Alston, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy and charming accommodation.
